If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us
an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work
address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page,
under Shipping Address.
If you aren’t in when the delivery arrives, the delivery partners will leave a
notice or call for explain details for the next steps in order for you to
receive your order.
As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation email
containing your Tracking Number.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say
they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If
the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you as soon as possible
and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. That will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
OUR RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS TIMES
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
For the returns, please, tags must remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. On receipt of the parcel,
we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund.
We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. Kindly consider this process may take between 3 and 6 days. The refund is issued directly to
the card account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency by Stripe.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the
refund. The credit will be visible in your account approximately within one
or two billing cycles from when you received our email.
No exchange and return of lingerie can be made for hygienic reasons.
*Important: In case of acquisition of Pre-Order garments, the money is
not returned, but a voucher is offered for future purchases. Being
garments made to a specific consumer measure, the item will be invalidated for another purpose. This voucher will expire for one year.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Just follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking
number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 15 days from it arrive to our
warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed.

does not meet our standards for salable condition. Where provided, all original packaging should accompany the item, and the lack of these items, will risk a return being rejected. All accessories must be in an equally salable condition to the items that they accompany.
Shoes will not be accepted if returned with marked soles, without the original box, or with a damaged box, and will be sent back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs, and purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer foregoes secured tracking, CRack is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. Crack reserves the right to define and determine
